When did it get to be Wednesday?

What happened to this week??? Oh right I know, it disappeared . . . along with the sleep I had been getting.

Our bathroom is being renovated. Yes! The reason, there has been a leak that caused bubbling paint in two spots and the drywall to peel and mold to form in another spot downstairs. Since we rent this is not our responsibility. However, it means that we have had to move out. Our *lovely* property management company owns a motel. Therefore, they have provided us with a room. One room. For me, hubby and our two girls aged 6 and 4.5. One room. For four people. One OPEN room. With fridge and 4 burners. However, no pots, dishes, dishsoap. We have spent alot more money this week in food.

My girls normally go to bed at about 8 pm. For the last two nights we have tried for 8:30 and they have fallen asleep at 9 or 10 pm. We are all getting cranky. We had to tack the wonderful bedsheet to the ceiling so that they could have some darkness. We do not go to sleep at 8 pm so we still want to watch TV. Oh the fun we have been having. Actually the girls have had fun. And we have a roof over our head. I am trying to remain positive.

It also means no studying and no quilting! We should be back in our place by tomorrow, however have been told that we will not be able to use the tub for a few more days.
